About Thriday
Thriday collapses the small-business finance stack into one product: a business bank account, invoicing, accounting, and BAS/tax lodgment, with AI doing the daily work. Transactions are categorised and reconciled in real time, tax and BAS obligations are forecast, and funds are auto-allocated so the money is there when the ATO asks.
Founded in Melbourne in 2020 by Michael Nuciforo and Ben Winford, Thriday raised roughly AUD $9M before being acquired by payments company Tyro in December 2025; the brand continues to operate.
AI categorises and reconciles every bank transaction in real time, forecasts tax and BAS obligations, and automatically sets aside funds for tax.
